True growth

The context of personal development and personal success has a view of growth which makes sense on the surface but in reality it is counter-productive when seeing through the lens of true growth.

The diagram above show the true reality of how the world views growth at the current time. Countless personal development books are created to help you be successful, rich and become the person who has it all, you are even told to specialise. All the time you are still working within the context never questioning always digging deeper and deeper. It is a false growth, it will eventually become a prison and all the power you have developed will only keep you trapped.

Another way
The real is consciousness and awareness, being aware of the social, family and marketing paradigms, waking up to the mechanical life that has been programmed all your life.

True growth is being conscious of your own true desires, what resonates with you, what do you want your life’s purpose to be.

Another name is for true growth is liberation also, true liberation is not a state of being in which you can stay in forever cause that would be confinement, true liberation is also being aware of the contexts that are around you and at the same time being aware of your true desires which do not come from the prevailing contexts of your world.

Simplicity of waking up early.

"We are shaped and fashioned by what we love."
Johann Wolfgang von Goeth

I wake up at 4am, to me it's serene - everyone else is asleep and theres no noise, its likes getting a head start on the day
but also very natural. Its a very simple skill to learn, once you make the internal shift,
once you see yourself as a early riser its almost automatic.

Clarity is key, you have to clearly define what exact time you want to arise each morning, sundays and all. Next you must look for people who are early risers and learn about their experiences.

10 benefits of rising early Leo Babauta
How to become an early riser by Steve Pavlina

You must visualize exactly what shall be like rising at that time...the alarm goes off, you take a deep breathe, you move your legs, you sit up, stand up...don't stop there perhaps you go straight to brush or go to the shower.

At the moment you wake up don't think, don't second guess..go with your decision.
